Soursop is a tropical fruit tree that loves warm, humid climates with lots of sunlight.
The fruit is packed with vitamins C and B, fiber, and antioxidants, making it great for your health. You can eat it fresh or use it in juices, smoothies, and desserts. The leaves are also useful—they can be made into tea to help you relax and sleep better. Soursop leaves have special compounds called acetogenins. These compounds can help your body relax and feel less stressed.
When you make tea from soursop leaves and drink it, these compounds work like natural calming agents, helping to soothe your nerves and make you feel more at ease. This is why soursop leaf tea is often used to help people relax and sleep better at night.
